Libera, our lactose free mozzarella is born fresh and full flavoured due to our 100% Italian milk. It has less than 0,1% lactose. Libera is ideal for those intolerants to lactose or those who digest lactose with difficulty. Our mozzarella is highly digestible thanks to the division of lactose into two simple sugars that are more easily assimilable. Its high content in proteins and calcium makes it perfect for everybody’s daily diet, especially the elderly and children. Try it in salads or in dishes likes lasagne or parmigiana, it adds a lot of flavour.
Highly digestible: Light on your stomach thanks to the division of lactose into galactose and glucose, two simple sugars that are highly assimilable.
Rich in calcium: 100 g of mozzarella Libera provide 41% of the daily need of calcium, which is essential for the development and the health of bones and teeth.
Source of proteins: Crucial for the growth and renewal of our tissues, proteins are about 20% of each mozzarella.
No Lactose: The lactose content is less than 0,1 g in 100 g of product, Libera is the first mozzarella on the market with these features.
